I've tried googling that part number, nothing comes up. How do I go about ordering those? Through a dealer? Both rear knuckles are out on my 2014 trailhawk. My mechanic wants to replace bushings, rather than see me spend a god awful amount to replace both knuckles. Thanks!
Did you see post #90 ?

This is a part number from napa and are a direct fit! They are 117+tax and come with all 3! The top one requires 2 washers tho for somereason the spacing is off a little

Interesting !! They don't list the Cherokee though. Is it really a perfect match ? Very close perhaps ?

According to a near by shop this is what they use to replace the bushings in the rear knuckle they said they replace so many they order 10 pairs at a time and they are direct fit

Fantastic, thanks. This could mean big savings for us KL owners...

Just FYI for future Canadian buyers : Amazon (Canada) sells the kit for $53 right now :

^^ Someone asked if they fit a Cherokee and one reviewer said they did.
Wish we had full specs on these busings though (outside and inside diameters) so we could compare.

According to the reviews someone on there said that they fit their 2015 cherokee so this is promising! And even cheaper alternative!!

Dorman don't look anything like OE bushings. They seem to have rubber base while OE bushings are actually spherical. Good to know they're available as an alternative

I did 3 more Cherokees over last few days and have 2 sets (6 piece) of OE/Genuine knuckle bushings available for to ship/install/etc

I am thinking about offering two services:

1. Sell bushings + instructions on removal/reinstall. As mentioned replacement is very tricky and 20 ton press is required as these things are TIGHT

2. Send knuckles to me and I'll perform replacement. Knuckles aren't heavy and wouldn't take up much room if backing shield is removed.
Croat
How much for the kit and where in NB are you located? PM me if you want..

Just completed the rapair for a friend this past weekend. Took 5 hours in total to remove both knuckles and replace all 6 bushings. One bushing is easy to replace, other 2 are super tricky but I've devised the good way on doing it in my 20 ton press

Bushings came from Europe, where they're readily available and you can see they're actually OE

Would anyone here be interested in purchase? I am looking to have my cousin send bunch of kits.

TIA
In which direction are these pressed out? I have access to a press and parts will be delivered next week. Thanks

Almost impossible to press out. Need to press out center sleeve with C clamp, then air hammer plastic bits. Then sawzall hard metal sleeve in couple spots. Then air hammer sleeve out

That's easy part. Pressing in two of 3 bushings in very challenging as both are line of each other.

When pushing the bushings in are they inserted from inside to out or outside in.
