In my opinion, even if the Cherokee was registered for the first time in April 2020, but built in 2019, it is indeed a My19 but the Uconnect services are the old ones (those where the subscription was not necessary).

As I had on my previous Renegade Trailhawk, the extra Uconnect services "expired" in 2023 (you could manage them with the Uconnect Live App) and there were these screens:
Someone else could probably verify.

Different markets had different subscription models for options from my understanding.

In Canada if you purchased NAV for a vehicle that did not ship with it, if you reset the Uconnect you would lose the NAV feature and some dealers would refuse to add it back in unless you bought the feature again.

Some dealers are more flexible if the vehicle still belongs to the original owner. Others just do not care.

Hello. I live in Poland. I have a question. Can anyone help me update uconnect? Is there an option to change the language to Polish? My version is 11/18/07. Please help. Thank you.
Hi, if you haven't been able to solve this problem, try the APPCAR application. I managed. It's a bit of fun. I can tell you how to do it. Just provide your Jeep details.
