I found the USA TSB for 18.45.01.
The Ram Forum shows 17.46.01 in the USA only update list on the way to 18.45.01, maybe your version is USA only?

Does your system tell you what the Hardware Part Number is for your UConnect system? (May need to hold the drivers side temperature up+down+front defrost buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds)

My KL appartiene alla prima versione acquistata nel 2017.

My guess is that you have a USA unit. Europe maps will not work on a USA unit without modifications according to another forum (they are a different format).
It was a mistake to reset your UConnect system as it probably removed the modified software to make the maps work.

You will possibly have to pay for someone to convert your unit again.

Forse hai ragione. Ricordo che in seguito alla sostituzione del motore dell'alzacristallo, notai una targhetta con la scritta "Made in Mexico". È necessario capire se con impostazioni statunitensi o europee. E comunque ho anche fatto un reset dei dati di fabbrica, ma non ripristina il firmware originale. Mantiene la versione 17.46.01.
 
Maybe you're right. I remember that after replacing the window lift motor, I noticed a plate with the words "Made in Mexico". You need to figure out whether with US or European settings. Where something is manufactured does not mean that is the market that it is made for. All the European units also probably say Made in Mexico. You will have to look at the Hardware Part Number in your software to confirm what market it was built for.

The Factory Data Reset will only go back to the last image the bootloader has in its storage. As there is no OEM ROM image, that would be the last image that was uploaded to the bootloader storage. I have not read anywhere that it is possible to downgrade a VP4 system, the official bootloader may not have that capability.

Additionally, if there were ROM images to be restored, there would be far less bricked units.
 
So, shipping-only from UConnect/NEXT. Tried to buy the code and get the support person to send me the usb file via we transfer, was a no-go. Less official places around to get maps? Or can I order them from a different country that will email/transfer them?

How they are stuck in the 1990's is amazing.
 
Interesting note about 17.43.01, in the logfile it reports itself as 17.11.07.
And as far as I can tell, 17.43.01 is the end of the road for us Canada-Mexico users, the versions up through 18.x all specify USA.

Edit: On the device itself it correctly identifies as 17.43.01, it is only the logfile that has the quirk.
 
As an interesting side note about the 8.4NA, when looking at my update logfile; It has been explicitly disabled, funny enough, OTA support is still installed. Probably could have saved 15 minutes not installing that.

Almost makes me curious what version of the LX66/LX60 was being used.
Rogers Communications did have firmware built for it for Canada. Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon had the USA market firmware.
 
Ciao a tutti, sul mio Cherokee My19, "credo" manchino alcune app, potrebbe essere stato un "reset" alle impostazioni di fabbrica, male eseguito dal concessionario in Germania dove ho comprato il Cherokee.
Avevo due icone in grigio, senza scritta, e ho provato tramite le impostazioni dell'Uconnect a ridisporre le app, a cancellarle ea riportarlo alle impostazioni di fabbrica.
Niente da fare, a parte i dati personali, non c'è stata nessuna modifica dell'Uconnect, il procedimento di installazione OTA va avanti all'infinito, off road page sembra che viene caricato, ma nessuna icona compare.
Alla fine chiedo, sempre che sia possibile e non mi costringa a "regalare" dei soldi ad una Assistenza Ufficiale Jeep, se si può trovare il firmware del mio Uconnect da poterlo installare (anzi meglio dire Reinstallare) da solo, purtroppo il sito ufficiale Jeep dove scaricarlo, mi da che la mia vettura ha già l'ultimo aggiornamento, quindi non mi da modo di scaricarlo.

Hi everyone, on my Cherokee My19, I "think" some apps are missing, it could have been a "reset" to the factory settings, badly performed by the dealer in Germany where I bought the Cherokee.
I had two gray icons, without writing, and I tried using the Uconnect settings to rearrange the apps, delete them and restore it to the factory settings.
Nothing to do, apart from personal data, there has been no modification of the Uconnect, the OTA installation process goes on forever, the off road page seems to be loading, but no icon appears.
In the end I ask, provided that it is possible and does not force me to "give" money to a Jeep Official Assistance, if the firmware for my Uconnect can be found so that I can install it (or rather reinstall it) myself, unfortunately the official Jeep website where to download it, it tells me that my car already has the latest update, so it doesn't give me a way to download it.
Since it is MY19, were those extra subscription options that were subscribed or bought from the Dealer/UConnect?

Secondo me, anche se il Cherokee è stato immatricolato per la prima volta nell'aprile 2020, ma costruito nel 2019 è sì un My19 ma i servizi dell'Uconnect sono quelli vecchi (quelli dove non era necessario l'abbonamento).

Come avevo sulla mia precedente Renegade Trailhawk i servizi extra dell'Uconnect sono "scaduti" nel 2023 (li si poteva gestire con l'Uconnect Live App) e c'erano queste schermate:

E altre ancora, secondo me se riesco a trovare il file del firmware originale, "potrebbero" venire riscaricate queste app scomparse.
