I know this is an old thread but new to Cherokee I got a 2016 high altitude that needs updating, going through steps and can’t get Jeep to recognize the flash drive, any suggestions ? My dealership wants $100 to flash the update so yeah that’s not happening

I watched the video, still can’t get Jeep to recognize USB drive.
