What options do you wish you had?

I really like my limited. A bit more luxury than I expected, and lots of fun to drive. That being said, I'm starting to wish I had the 4x4, or even the TH model. I considered the 4x4 hard, but got impatient and went with what the dealer had available.

What options did you consider, but ultimately not purchase? Do you regret it?

I'm happy with my Limited: 4x4, V6, Tech and Trailer/Tow packages. Sometimes I wish I had the Luxury package for the memory seats... but not a biggie really.

Memory seats, HID's, black wheels, and weeks ago, still wanted the wireless charger. With the cellphones getting bigger and bigger, I don't think is a good idea having that installed :p

Pretty much EVERYTHING
Let me give you the list on why the Sport suck
crappy black and white LCD in dash
crappy Uconnect5 , which is made to look like it is in black in white! it only shows color when showing mp3 album covers
no tinted windows! this is nuts! the sun will kill you there is no where to hide with all this clear glass
anyone can see you directly, inadvertently making eye contact constantly with people in the rearview mirror, have to wear shades and sometimes I push the mirror to dim, still works in the daytime but they cant see me.
one of the worst things is not having a rearview camera. the blind spot is bad as any suv, huge C pillar to make it hard changing lanes
no NAV! This is really sucky, I hate my small garmin gps it takes long to boot up every time so i never use it.
Sports dont have the fold flat passanger seat, that sounds nice
no Radio button on steer wheel
No vented seats

those are the biggies, but I figure I could always DIY and add whatever I need. All the other little stuff the Sport trim doesnt have is fine with me because I dont need or want it. (autoheadlamp/foglights for example, always had these on my other jeeps but never used em)

Pretty much EVERYTHING

Yeah I'm with Duke. My first thought was also EVERYTHING!!

I was limited to just the Sport based on cost (though after the fact, I feel I'd happily pay more for my happiness but we all know about hindsight!)

Specifically I wish I had roof rails, alloy wheels (that came with the car), audio controls on the steering wheel, auto climate control and seat warmers. 4x4 wold also be nice.

My hubby asked me if FCA offered me a great deal on a Latitude would I consider it. Maybe.

Wow, looking at that list I think you bought the wrong model!

The only thing I couldn't get was the memory seats as they stopped bringing them into Aus for some reason.

Everything else I got :) Down here we even get HID's on the TH.

I got most of the options on my Latitude - except ADII and the 9-speakers. And of course I wish I had those!!

I don't really miss anything, my TH has enough to keep me happy day after day! Although HID headlights and fogs would have been nice to match the DRLs, kinda bugs me. Going to do them in the spring!

I hit the dealer lot knowing that I wanted Factory Towing not any sort of dealer add on.

After reading horror stories of Dealers promising a dealer installed hitch "just like the factory" on the bill of sale and getting a Curt or Reese hitch hanging below their bumper I was so happy.

But I only had a choice of 1 out of 50 or so on the lot.

I would have thought you'd like a recovery loop. :)

This doesn't make it a bad car, just a bad decision.

ooohh... man.. no, please I don't mean to start an argument here but you really must understand how profoundly exhausted I am of this being about me. Go into any retail store in America and you'll see a line of people returning goods they bought for any number of reasons and nobody ever gets on their case about their bad decisions. You've literally never returned anything in your life? Nobody else you know? Nothing? Congratulations you're as rare as men who don't view adult material.

This isn't about me, it doesn't matter whether or not the decision I made was bad if the vehicle itself is also bad, which it is. You can also think me a fool personally, it's really fine I'm not here for respect but do not use that as an excuse to deflect the fact this is a bad vehicle as well. Homey don't play that.

Currently have the Canyon Brown interior on my TH which after a couple days I didn't like but has grown on me and now I like the color, except, for the dash. The dash when its bright out looks a brown'ish red not a red'ish brown (if that makes sense). Would of been better to do the top of the dash black, the lower dash brown, and a black wheel and column. It would of broke it up a little. After typing that it is giving a thought....

I initially went into the dealership angling for a lightly equipped Trailhawk and walked out with a loaded Latitude. That said, I'm very happy with how things worked out and got 85% of what I was looking for. But there is always something...

1. Skid plates. My current usage is for most practical purposes in town, but I do head up to Hayward during autumn for family and hunting, and have access to 40 acres on the Namekagon river. I needed a vehicle capable of getting through a bunch of old logging roads that get maintained about once every 15 years or so, if that. On the more ambitious side, I inherited a nice plot literally in the middle of nowhere, Montana surrounded by thousands of acres of ranch property and no one to help out if things go wrong. It's been just sitting there because I have no easy way to get to it. I want to be able to get out there and improve it / build a cabin, ect. That might require investing in skid plates so I still have a car left when I drive in and out, along with a good utility trailer.

2. Tonneau cover, just for the extra shade for the grocery run / keeping the ice cream from melting and a bit of extra security for anyone peeking in on things.

3. The improved 9 speaker sound system. The stock system is perfectly fine, but I still get the nagging feeling that I should have just gone for it.

My Lovley Bride picked out the car at the Cleveland Auto Show, and we ordered a 2016 model. Took delivery in August 2015, and currentyl have about 3300 miles on the RedHead... I picked out the toys, and the only thing we did not get were the engine block heater, and the CD Player... no regrets... love the toys!
