2015 Cherokee KL sport 4wd

Turn signals stopped working but the hazard lights, which are the same lights are still working. Is there a fuse that might cause this problem or could it possibly be an issue in the steering column? Anyone else ever experience a similar issue?

If the turn signals on your 2015 Jeep Cherokee KL aren't working but the hazard lights are, here's a troubleshooting approach: 1. **Check the Body Control Module (BCM):** The turn signals are managed by the BCM, located under the dash. There isn't a dedicated fuse for the turn signals. 2. **Inspect the EVIC for Stored Messages:** Use the dashboard display (EVIC) to check for any stored error messages related to the turn signals. 3. **AlfaOBD Diagnostics:** Use the AlfaOBD app with an OBD2 adapter to activate the turn signals via the body control computer. If the blinkers work using the app, the turn signal switch on the Steering Column Module (SCM) is likely faulty and needs replacement. If they don't work, the issue might be within the body computer itself.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure what the EVIC is but guessing its the notification on your display telling you the lights are working, and if so, they work when i use my hazards but not the turn signals. None of the lights activate, rear, front, left right when using the turn signal.
