Replacement headlight assemblies

Just bought a 2014 Overland. The passenger side headlight has a crack from top to bottom. There is moisture covering the inside, the LED strip is dead and the turn signal is intermittent. So, it needs replaced. I took it back to the dealership 2 days after buying it and they agreed they need to replace it. But they have been stringing me along for 5+ weeks, saying they are looking for the part. I've even sent them Ebay links to several, but they haven't done anything. So I figure my only recourse is to get it done myself and take them to court. There is a state law regarding warrantying a vehicle for safety issues like lights etc.
I am looking at options for the parts. A few used on Ebay of course in the $500 range. Also found a new set out of China that seem to be identical, even down to the "Since 1941" and "M" marking inside. Most aftermarket sets don't have these markings, so wondering if the OEM units came from China and these are just unbranded. The set is going for about $900.
Any advice appreciated.

There are several Mopar online sites. They usually indicate if the part is in stock.
Check the Grand Cherokee Forum, maybe a member has one for sale.
Check this and other similar sites: Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market
If you have any local salvage yards they can search to see who sells it.
Your Jeep dealer's parts department should be able to tell you the nearest Jeep dealer that has one. They should have done this already.

I have been to the local Jeep dealership. They have the part of course, but at $2100 for a single assembly, it isn't really the way to go. Local salvage yard is a possible option.
