I am making this thread is to ask if anyone has been successful replacing the footwell LED lights. There are two different lights for the footwell on both the driver and passenger sides. There is an extremely dim light which stays on when your driving at night and a brighter yellow one that turns on when you open the door. I want to change this yellow LED with one of my white LEDs. The only problem is that for some reason the light is not a normal pull in pull out bulb type like the rest of the ones in the car, instead its connected to like a microchip or something. If anyone has changed the light before or knows where you can buy a chip with a white light please help me out. My self diagnosed OCD will not let this one go lol.
