Brake fluid

I could not find a thread specifically for brake fluid. If there is one, please direct me. Is there a recommended milage or time frame for chagning the brake fluid? The manual for 2016 trailhawk states DOT 3 is recommended but it does not say when to change. Also when bleeding the fluid, what is the squence? Is it better to start with the wheel that is most distant from the brake reservoir? Or is it different on this vehicle?

I avoid bleeding the brakes, it is difficult to do and you need a scan tool to activate the ABS to do it correctly.
So I do it the easy way:
Every say 6 months or so, or whenever you want, use a meat baster with a needle to suck the brake fluid out of the reservoir.
Refill to the correct mark with Mopar DOT 3.
The ABS pump will circulate the brake fluid through the system.
The goal is to reduce the amount of water in the brake fluid.
If it is necessary to ever replace a wheel cylinder or something then let the Jeep dealer flush the entire brake system the correct way.
This sounds easy to do. If the pump circulates the brake fluid in the lines. I can say this method would remove much of contaminated fluid in the lines for the proper operation of the brake system.

How much fluid can I suck from the reservoir? I think brake lines are connected to the bottom of the reservoir. I guess sucking the fluid till there is some fluid left at the bottom should be okay. This is to prevent air going into the system.

Hello, I asked this question before but I was not able to get an answer. It may sound silly, but I have not done this before. Please accept my apologies, if that is so. I did a brake job myself. I changed all the rotors and brake pads (47km, 2016 Trailhawk). Rotors were pretty rusted. Rear pads were shot. Front pads were halfway down. The job all went well although it took me pretty good time to finish. Now, I want to try suck and refill brake fluid method from the reservoir. I also find it easier than bleeding the lines as some suggested in this forum. Question I have is : is it okay to suck all the fluid in the reservoir at one time without letting any air escape into the system? I tend to think that since brake lines are at the bottom of the reservoir, taking all the fluid out would not be a problem. Thank you.
