Anyone with the rattle from the headliner or sunroof figure it out yet? Still driving me nuts. Will ask again at dealership at first oil change coming up in probably a few weeks. Or may stop by another closer dealership next time I'm in Tucson.

The issue is most likely with the rear sunroof seal dried out. I had the same issue and they had to lubricate the sunroof seal with silicone and it fixed the issue. On mine, they also had to secure the loose binding clips with the glue in right C or D pillar if I remember correctly. I have no annoying rattles now and the same solution is quoted by many jeepers in other threads.

Yeah I've also had this problem and it appeared to have gotten worse recently. At first I thought it was a rattling sound, but after sitting in the backseat with my wife driving it started to sound more like a creaking sound. When I apply a little pressure on the area, I can replicate the creaking noise that happens going over even the slightest of bumps on the road.

Will take it to a dealership sometime soon.

Dealerships (plural) have yet to fix any rattle in my Trailhawk. I've had to solve them myself, no matter how simple they were to fix.

I had a rattle in the rear of my Jeep right after I received it so I had someone get in the back to see what it was after a few weeks of putting up with the annoying noise.
They said it was something loose in the roof, gave it a few taps and it hasn't come back since.
Guess they left something loose in there when building.
All I know was it was driving me crazy and I'm so glad it's gone.

Just had the entire sunroof frame replaced on my '14 Limited after two attempts with gaskets, etc... Finally, knock on wood, no noise.. Huge hassle and inconvenience.

I think maybe, just maybe I have an inexpensive solution for some of you. I put in a few strips of silicone window seal in the areas of the fan type seals. This hopefully will eliminate the looseness that is there and therefore eliminate the rattle sound. If your rattle was coming right above driver and front passenger head area, this might work for you too.
