Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I get the "insert update USB message." Downloaded the update with the VIN, but it gets stuck on update 11 of 15. The internet is full of people with the same issue. I have tried all of the suggestions. Jeep dealership had no idea how to fix it. Machine told us it needs updates.
UConnect customer service was NO help. Told me to take it to the dealership and to retry the usb. I'm not taking it back when they don't know how to fix it, duh............ and I tried the update at least 8 times. Help.
