I've been sitting on my MFC 2.5 lift for almost a year now, haven't put it on yet cause I'm nervous about possibly wearing something out sooner than I need to (like the bearings) or something more expensive. I also don't want to do a pinch weld mod and was looking at those KO2's but have read a lot of good and bad on em.

Looks great though! I also want to get some bronze wheels with mine as well since I have the Hydro Blue version.

I went with the 1.5" HS lift and LT265/65R17 Dick Cepek Trail Country EXP tires and have zero rubbing. I chose that lift because, like you, I was concerned for the extra stress on the vehicle and also decided against spacers for that same reason.

I chose to go blackwall out - so it's been about three years and that turned out to be a really good choice. I grew very tired of trying to clean those raised white letters - and keep them clean so I was beyond ready for a change.

I don't know if there have been many people that were regretting the 2" or 2-1/2" lifts, so maybe you will be just fine with yours.

I'm happy with my 2"...2 years and change, zero issues. I'm running Toyo A/T III's in 245/70/17's which are 12lbs lighter per tire than your KO2's. No cutting, trimming, or grinding required...😎
