If they weren't so popular, id swear it was a scam company by now. I placed a 640$ order in on the first of January, I get a shipping notification via UPS on January 30th, over a week rolls by, and .... nothing. UPS hasn't received the package. I called MFC Wednesday of last week, after the package NOT moving at all, UPS still hasn't received it. On the phone, they left me the impression it should ship either that day or the next day. Ok, cool. Well, here I am at the 15th, one week later, and still no movement on my order. UPS still hasn't received it. It was supposed to arrive on the 5th! If I didn't want the strut clamps so bad, I'd just cancel the entire order and go with another vendor. (anyone else make any?) Oh, and I called twice today, and nobody's answering the phone.
Anyone know what gives? Cause right now, i'd be hard pressed to ever do business with them again. I'm ordinarly not one to complain, and I didn't expect the order to ship within 6 weeks, but after the shipping label is created, and the carrier is waiting for the package...then I expect to see something.
