I ask because I have like 3 or 4 free oil changes left from when I bought my Cherokee, but I want to figure out what an oil change is going to cost me after those are up. So dose the 3.2 require conventional or synthetic oil? Because at my dealer there is a large price difference between conventional and regular like 40 for 5 quarts of conventional (so it'd be more for the 6 for the 3.2) and 100 for 5 quarts of synthetic (so more for 6 for the 3.2) I ask because being a limited I have the option to buy into Jeep Wave which gives to free oil changes a year (plus other benefits) but I need to figure out if it is worth it.

I just had my first oil change about a week ago from the dealer. They covered the first one, but the prices were on the receipt before the 100% discount.
The price of the oil change was $50, and the labor was $40 something. Total came to exactly $100 after tax...
I'll be going somewhere else for oil changes.
