Invest in a Haynes Repair Manual. The instructions are on page 12-16.
Too much for me to type and I don't want to get charged with Copyright infringement.
For me, the easiest way to do it is pay someone who knows what they are doing while I enjoy the free hot drinks.
Didn't find a YouTube video so go for it.
