I followed the on screen instructions, everything seemed to do ok then a screen came up saying ‘failed to update, see dealer’. I was in an open area and had good signal. This has happened two times now. Any ideas?

As I expected, today has come and seen the NAV function become completely useless to me. I left earlier this afternoon to run a few errands and for fun, I opened the map when I hopped in. There was about a 1.5 mile variance between where I actually was, and where the NAV system thought I was. I ran my errand, and by the time I got home, there is now about a 70 mile difference between where I am and where my NAV thinks I am.

Grr.
Hi, I would recommend updating your Uconnect system. The files for software level 18.45.01 is currently available on driveUconnect.com. I would recommend checking if this update is available for your vehicle. If so, you will be able to download the software to a USB and update your vehicle at home. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I got two updates in the last few days. After the first, the clock would not set to the correct time and a message "not currently subscribed to voice texting". After a couple hours it all started working. Well, the next day another "update" notification and it's been three days and still the clock is off and Uconnect says "no active subscription". I tried to go to website and of course it is not working. What the **** is up with Jeep and their customer support!!!
Hi. I would be happy to look into this for you. If you'd like, please send us your VIN, email, phone number, and mileage to get started.
