My uconnect is stuck on load screen. I’ve tried soft reset, unplugging battery. Any ideas how to get my stereo back?

Welcome to the forum.
Don't have a clue. You have done about all you can.
There is also a "hard reset", don't know how to do it. It is different than disconnecting the battery.
I don't recall ever hearing about this particular problem.
Probably have to go to a Jeep dealer.
Can you tell us about your Jeep, might help us provide a better answer.

There are other FCA forums that may address your issue. Basic Uconnect is similar for all FCA products.

Is that Uconnect 8.4, Uconnect 8.4AN or Uconnect 5.0?

2014 Jeep Cherokee- It’s the basic uconnect 3. I replaced my battery then this happened. I took it to the dealer for proxy alignment but still nothing. They want more money to keep investigating.

Since the Uconnect issue was coincident with replacing the battery try checking the battery cable clamps.
Try to twist them, they should not move. Make sure the clamps are pushed down tightly.
I say this because getting the cable clamps installed correctly can be tricky.
Exactly what battery did you install?

There are some reset instructions there that may work for your Uconnect. The OP seems to have had a similar problem to yours.

This is the EXACT same thing that I'm dealing with. I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have tried everything that I can research on the web. Any updates on a fix for this?
