Sure hope they sort out voice texting for iOS users. Receiving the texts and having them read to me is cool, but not supporting the response limits the usefulness.

...and my wife wishes the system supported the various emoji she loves to include in her texts to me. :)

Had a weird thing happen today. My wife and I were going out to Ikea, and I was showing her how the car would read me her texts (I'd told her about it, and about how her emoji texts can't be read, but she hadn't heard it). She thought it was awesome, and sent more texts. After her fourth text, we realized the music hadn't come back...

We changed channels, input sources, volume levels, and searched all of the settings we could. No luck. We called my phone, and the audio would work for the phone, so we disconnected the phone from the car. Nothing. I pulled over, turned the car off, opened the door to turn off the radio, waited a minute, and then turned the car back on... Still nothing. We gave up, drove the rest of the way in silence, and did our Ikea shopping. When we got back to the car, the sound worked again!

I have no idea what went wrong, but I'm a bit nervous about listening to texts now. :(
