Hi all! I’m new here and distraught. My daughter rear ended a truck this morning in my 2018 Cherokee Limited. She’s fine. The sun was glaring and a line of cars hit a lady in a dead stop because of the sun and my daughter hit the last truck. Both driver airbags and the dash passenger airbag deployed. The front was damaged but not like what I anticipated with the airbags deployed. I know there’s no way to know for sure but do airbags deployed mean they’ll automatically total it? I’m praying that’s not the case.
