Or waste you money as all you are doing is making noise. The K&N intakes have never replaced the intake resonator which is the greatest source of restriction. So yes rev up the emptying of your wallet for more noise and no performance,

SHOW ME THE NUMBERS!!! Well, he did say he got worse fuel mileage. K&N, you lying ba$tards!!! LOL...Seriously, I do like their filters for certain applications, but as far as CAI systems go, I really like the AEM system on my Shelby. Still on the fence about the their filter though. I'm saying it's just a red K&N copy. Fortunately or unfortunately, this thread doesn't apply to me, since there's still nothing available for the 2.0T, except the drop in filter element, which I don't have yet. Probably wait until I break that PCV hose off like everybody else does...LOL

All I heard was gas mileage takes a huge hit. So guess I don't need it. Unless they want to send me one for 2019 TH Elite and I'll test it out for them!

Gas mileage takes a hit with intakes because people want to hear the intake and drive like jackasses. My AFE and K&N with torque tube combo on 2 separate KLs saw the mileage go up, a proper CAI does not give you less mileage. Smoother intake tract = engine works less and you get better highway fuel efficiency. Its amazing how people post **** they don't even know about or even understand.

I posted 3 years ago about the fuel economy gains,

And I can go over whey the K&N gives minuscule gains vs the AFE set up if need be.
