Side Mirror

We lost a side mirror on our 2014 Cherokee to road debris. It is with our kid at college so I can't put my eyes on it. There are none in the local scrap yards to inspect or scavenge. What is involved with replacing the mirror with blind spot detection? Under the trim is it the usual 3 bolts and a plug or is there calibration and IT setup involved?

Maybe you insurance will cover it?
My body shop does all of my body work, so I don't know.
There is a good chance a calibration will be required. That being said, it would need to be done at the dealer. You could still fix the mirror yourself and then have it reprogramed if needed. Mirror is 3 bolts and a plug.
