Shock absorbers replacement

Hi,
Cherokee trailhawk 2015.
Just bought it a month ago and I need to replace all 4 shock absorbers.
The stock (mopar) are not cheap.. so I thought that in this situation maybe it is better to upgrade. I saw there is a dobinsons lift kit.
Does if worth it? Is it much better than the Mopar? Is it also better on the street (when driving to work, not off road).
Thanks

The Dobinson kit will give you a 1" lift, as the struts and shocks are longer than stock. There's also Bilsteins struts and shocks which are probably the overall best quality over the Dobs and the Mopar. They make two different sets, the B4's which are comparable to the stock ride, and performance level, and the B6's which are more heavy duty, and ideally for those of us who do a lot of offroading, and or towing...Welcome from Utah!!!😎
