Hey everyone, I noticed there isn't a huge amount of information regarding the installation of the Rocky Road Outfiters Bumper, Brush Guard, and winch kit so here we go with a full break down of my experience.
My package took a little longer to arrive than I expected but I was in no rush. They didn't charge me until it was fabricated and shipped out which I really appreciated.
The packaging was fantastic, everything wrapped nicely for shipping. Prior to installation I made sure to verify that I received the proper hardware, I was expecting the worst from all the horror stories I've heard but thankfully everything included was spot on.
The installation took me approximately 7 hours, it may take you more or less, I'm no mechanic.
The process can be completed without removing your front tires but if you can I'd advise you to as it made the installation much smoother.
RROs instructions were hard to follow but luckily I found a nice pdf

in color showing the removal of the fascia which really helped.
With the right amount of cussing and elbow grease I got the fascia and wheels off, bolted on the new winch mount, cut the required holes in the fascia, reattached everything I removed and bolted the new bumper on.
Through this entire process I never really encountered anything I couldn't solve other than a few hard to reach bolts until the very end. Of the 4 bolts attaching the bumper to the winch mount, only 2 of them are catching and the other two are making contact with the threads but not making a purchase. I'll probably put some time into figuring it out tonight.
See the photos bellow, I tried to document the process but I'm sure I missed a few steps along the way.
Thanks for your help everyone, hope this has been a help to you!
