Roof rail water leak

I see other people had the same problem as me with water dripping inside from the roof rails when raining.
How did you fix the issue?

I would put some flat butyl seal tape over the bolt holes after removing bolt and lifting rail enough to put it under it

That, or using marine sealant, the sealant worked great on my Ford Explorer that had the same issue.
