I have 2014 Trailhawk, purchased used. Have replaced front master switch twice with cheap switch, ordered a factor one now, and now also need to replace the back drivers side window switch!
Good thing those switches are cheap, and probably the easiest DIY repair on the whole damn car. You can replace all four for under like $80, and have it done in like15 minutes...😎

yes but the cheap switch I got one from amazon and one from Ebay, and both went out within a short time, so, now got the $119 OEM part on the way.
I saw a few post on youtube where the cheap switches don't last, and I went through 2 in 2 months, Not sure if some other issue could be involved, but the master switch, on both, lost the ability to up or down front windows, left or right. Back still works.
And now the rear left switch will not up the windows, will only down it. Gonna replace with OEM.
There must be some resistor or something in these switches that fails.

*Update:
Took old switch apart. It has contacts and resistors/chips on a circuit board inside the switch.
Lot of stuff that can go bad. Hopefully the OEM product last much longer.

The switches themselves are pretty simplistic still, chances are, especially with little ones in the rear seat (or party types, lol) are that the contacts are gummed up. you can try cleaning them in jewelry cleaner (work the lever while it is soaking), let 'em dry out, and see if that doesn't help...

Well, they've gone up on price, just like everything else I guess. Master switch, in a genuine Mopar part could be had all day long for about $50 not too long ago...Don't buy these kind of things off Amazon...LOL!!!😎

I just received the OEM MOPAR Master Window Switch. Plugged it in, and working fine, even the problem with the back seat window switch is now resolved. I will update the blog later if any other issues, but hope not.
If anyone wants parts source:
I got the part via mail in 2 days from a dealers inventory.

Adding an Update for future problem solvers:
So, the Factory Window Master Switch, has performed fine. The cheap Amazon/Ebay switches went defective fast, but the Factory Replacement switch has not failed. My Suggestion, get the Factory Replacement Switch, yes, cost more, but you get what you pay for on this one.
