I have a 2016 Cherokee and my radio will randomly quit working after starting the vehicle. Took it to Jeep today and was told it will need to be replaced. The radio will come back on, but could be upwards of 10-20 min. Jeep told me if I don't have it replaced, it could fail altogether. How can a vehicle that isn't 2 years old yet have a junk radio? The vehicle has 43K on it, so it is out of warranty. I have been a loyal jeep guy for years, had several wranglers without issues. Bought a 2015 Renegade for the wife in July of 15, and that turned out to have transmission issues that the dealer could not figure out. I traded it in on this 16 Cherokee, and now the radio is junk after almost 2 years. Never buying a Jeep again. These vehicles are JUNK!
