Well, it doesn't seem right to call it a car, even though that's probably a closer description!

I had two dealers look up both TSBs. The problem is that when they plug the "vehicle" (see what I did there?) into their system, there are no updates that are shown from the Chrysler database.

Thanks, I do know about the ALP. When I originally made the appointment at Scap, they said the update would take 20 min. I asked them about the ALP and they didn't know anything about it at the time.

It is an SUV or a CUV if you prefer. You could also just call it a Jeep.

TrailHawk I wanted to see how you made out. Being in the Parts building stinks sometimes. I do not get to see the Jeep since they are in the other building. I am picking mine up Monday and am counting down the days.

I talked to my service manger and one of the techs in our Jeep building. He says there should be some sort of update that they would need your information first. Please call in 203-384-0005 ext 3200 is Phil. He is the service manger. You may say my name which is Steve in parts told you to call in and check up on the problems you are facing. Tell me how you make out.

I dropped my Jeep off last week and they did the most recent TSB. He said the previous two weren't necessary. I have noticed better gas mileage and improved shifting. However, once or twice, I noticed the vehicle lurch strongly when shifting from reverse to drive. I'm not sure what's up and it's tough to reproduce, but overall it's performing beautifully.

I am glad it is doing a lot better. I have a guy who is loving his TrailHawk and is seeing a big difference with the new Flash. I am giving him my all weather mats because I have the weather techs home waiting. Plus I told him just bring me $30 bucks and a medium coffee 2 creams, no sugar. He gladly accepted. I like to help people smile, which in turn makes me smile. :smile:
