Our Jeep #6, Cherokee KL #2

After 7 years and 7 months of ’15 TH 3.2 ownership (with 0 warranty problems but no extended warranty on it) we decided to make a change. 4X4 was not needed or used. Our garage has less than 2” clearance with the door shut (an Arizona MUST) so a longer vehicle was NOT possible. We liked the KL envelope. So:

2022 Latitude LUX FWD 2.0T
  • no 3.2 to worry about cam and roller rocker issues ($$$)
  • no auto tailgate to worry about fire hazard and parking outside
  • no PTU to worry about failing ($$$)
  • no weak halogen headlights

Looks good! So the only thing you couldn't address is all the battery-related issues? :)

I've been trying to tell you guys for almost 4yrs now...2.0T, best Jeep engine in a couple decades!!! Now you're going to need a nice new Can Am Maverick X3 to get you out to your favorite shooting areas, and other fun desert adventures. I might know a guy that can help you with that...LOL!!!😉😎

Can you get one with A/C... AZ summer and all...? 🥵

Actually, you can get a Polaris General with A/C, but nothing for Maverick X3's besides some crappy electric units that are pretty worthless. I have a "helmet pumper" system that blows a substantial amount of a tad bit cooler fresh air. When it's that hot, we ride early in the morning, and at night. Moab is hot, but it's not Phoenix hot...Here's a fun, and entertaining thread from the infamous Maverick forum on the subject...😉😎

I just take the side windows out, flip the windshield up, and haul ass...You'll be having so much fun, you won't even notice the heat...LOL!!!😁😎

You gonna do 87, 89, or 91 octane?

Also, for the power lift gate thingy -- no reports of that affecting any models after like 2016 right??? I park in my garage lol
