I have a 2014 Cherokee Sport, the ignition key has stopped working, the command opens and closes the buttons but when I insert the key to start the vehicle it does not give any service light or anything, they tried to program a new key and it did not allow me to change the key lanllave receiver and continues in the same way, can you help me thanks
