Hi, my navigation says t hff at I am in a completely different city. How do I fix?

Hi, it sounds like your Uconnect system needs to be updated. The files for software level 18.45.01 are currently available on driveUconnect.com. I would recommend checking if this update is available for your vehicle. If so, you will be able to download the software to a USB and update your vehicle at home. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for providing some useful information.
That is the way I did the update and it worked fine.
I don't have navigation so I didn't really notice an changes.
It must have done something because I printed a 26 page "SOFTWARE UPDATE LOG".

I just checked to see if there is an update. Uconnect said my software is up to date. Please advise
