Wasn't that an overseas trim ? I'm looking at all 2019s and I can't find that one... but the 2019 Overland did come with tow hooks (chrome) and these options available : AD2, off-road suspension, ''Heavy-Duty Protection Group'' (skid plates ??) and a few more.

Look at pictures of Limited and Overland (and TH) in the brochure (near bottom). Overland is basically a Limited with tow hooks :
