Have to revive a 2 year old thread for helping me out with a message that startled me haha . First tank for me, and I thought the LOW RANGE on the EVIC meant I was somehow in 4WD LOW and left me wondering what was going on. Fortunately I was only a mile away from home so I drove slowly home (didn't feel like I was in 4WD LOW but just to be on the safe side I drove slow back home), checked on the forum and found out it probably relates to low range for FUEL, not low range for 4WD, since it is about time for my first fill-up. I think miles to empty would be far better, or even LOW FUEL instead of LOW RANGE. Will fill up and should see the distance to empty back.

FCA has made it easy for us : fluid/gas goes *low*, and gears go *lo*. Must be in a new dictionnary I haven't seen yet >
