For reasons I cannot explain, entering a Penticton address in my NAV while in Central Alberta caused the unit to lose it's mind and crash (as in no-nav until I shut the car off and power back up). Strange considering I can plunk in my sister's downtown Toronto address, or one in Victoria, or New York for that matter, with no issues.

Anyone feel like trying this (Preferably someone who's done the latest uConnect update)? If so: 3180 Lake Skaha Rd, Penticton, BC

Lemme know how it goes. The wife's Journey had no problems, but it's an older 8.4n.

Mine does the same (with latest software)

Last weekend I was travelling to Crawford Bay (just past Creston) and it did the same thing entering the address from Calgary.

I tried again from Cranbrook and all was well.

Coming back, it crashed trying to find "home" until closer as well.

The only difference with mine, is if you leave it for a few minutes after it crashes it does come back on without a key cycle.

I've just tried on mine. It crashed too. Not the unit itself, but the NAV app. It tries to calculate the route, and half way through it quits and goes back to "where to" screen. Even when I enter "city center" for a destination. I've also tried several other cities in BC, and none of them worked. But just in BC. Cities out east and south work just fine. Did they forget to put BC on the map?
