Latest Uconnect Software?

My 2019, bought in 2018, hasn't ever been updated and no updates are available. I believe the only Uconnect versions that get updated are the ones with navigation built in. I could be wrong abut that though...
My 2019 has updated the Uconnect (over the air) like at least three or four times. I've never updated the Nav mapping, cuz it costs way too much, and I don't use it...😉😎

Right, and I don't have the navigation unit. So it's because of your experience with your 2019 that I'm assuming only the nav units get the over the air updates, regardless of whether the user pays for the map updates or not.

But other than an occasional reboot being necessary, my Uconnect works fine, so that's all I care about. :)
Nope, not nav updates. They were all Uconnect "version" updates, I'm pretty sure. I'm not even sure where we're at now as far as the current version, or even what version is currently running. I guess it's time to check it out. I've had zero issues with my Uconnect. All functions, radio, app and device connectivity have been flawless, but I keep things pretty simple...😉😎

I don't think I will be doing another update again as the cost doesn't seem to justify it, and I got it on sale $99.US
Ya, especially when you can pull up any mapping app you want with Car Play or Android Auto. I use Google Maps, and it updates almost daily for free, and it's much better than the 2010ish TomTom quality mapping software, or whatever sub par setup that our Nav uses...😁😉😎

That is a sweet setup.
You can have that same mapping pulled right up on your Uconnect screen, or Waze, or any of the rest of them. Like I said, I use Google Maps, set to satellite view most of the time. It's really nice for offroading too...😉😎
