For those wondering, yes this month it was a tie. We don't have rules currently to dictate what happens in the event of a tie. In this case, since I've won CoTM before about 2 years ago and I'm a moderator on the forum I gladly stand aside for @ua_who. There will be a discussion among moderators to put a plan in place for the off chance there is a tie in the future.
