Hey, I would have to run it again and screenshot my draggy for the top speed but draggy said 147.
We are definitely the only people upgrading these jeeps for speed, Tyler's forums has helped me a lot in doing what I've done.
Is yours the one on the draggy leaderboard? here's mine.

Wow hang on a minute, my best was a 5.95 and record 14.41 with draggy, how did you get a 3.2 to bust out a 14 & a 5.8!!!!!!! Do you have dyno sheets is this thing FWD???

I got it locally dyno tuned on e30 and here's the results. View attachment 221973
Can’t open the dyno but judging by your times 147 is possible. My unposted best on draggy is a 14.41, dyno in the 250’s, couldn’t get 260+ without upgrading fuel system. Also a new mustang ecoboost with tune could barley touch 140 on the autobahn, kind makes the time and $ feel worth it a little more.
Funny my best friend is from Lubbock, small world.

252.4 hp mine dyno'd and 221 tq. I have yet to upgrade the fuel system, hence I'm not running full e85 just e30. but asked for a quote to my shop about doing a flex fuel upgrade.
and about more power, the trans is definitely gonna be the weaker link if i go boosted. I have still yet to figure out the transmission issue if I end up going for more power.
Changing a motor mount and some cutting would have to be done to supercharge/procharge the 3.2.

I'm currently living in Dallas TX too. need to change it on this forum.

This isn’t my my original, it got deleted in the bank somehow, original was 218hp, 260tq, but the 228 was the earliest I could find by date in the files. Been working on this for about 2yrs, finally got an hp tuners patch to increase allowed torque and hp increase 11, and top speed but I had already pegged the turbo with 94 octane mix about like your E30. Stock boost was saying like 22.6, but any more boost pass 26.3 didn’t make any more power. So converting to at engine(flywheel) I’m about 312hp which matches posted draggy and weight calculations. Every dyno is different but I’ve always used the same one. My stock CLA45 AMG did 268hp & 304 tq so it still measures up about that. Also I had a piggyback & flash working together with pure 100 octane VP gas it hit 255/311tq but it caused a lot of issues and I had to return piggyback, and did another tune to get to 240’s then the hp tuners allowed me to reach 250’s with 94 mix. Is yours FWD or 4x4?

@26.3 psi I’m not sure what that boost translates to atmospheric, probably 13 or 14, I’m sure Tyler would know, but that’s beyond my knowledge level.

this is what a CLA45AMG I use to have pulled on the same dyno with intake, & full exhaust. So it still holds true for converting my Jeep dyno of 252 & 293 to 312-316hp and about 332tq at engine.

My jeeps FWD and weighing in around 3710 pounds with me in it. to get it that low, the rear seats are removed, and the rear bumper is removed for the topspeed aspect.
Damn, you know that makes you ALOT faster, not just weight, but drivetrain loss, and just overall faster. For instance my 4x4 Compass will do 60 in 8.8sec, my neighbors FWD will do it in 8.0 flat. If I had to do it again I would have got FWD. I just didn’t know that they were that much faster, I have a 2020 Compass 4x4 my Dad use to own, he departed in 2021 so I really didn’t need the 4x4 Cherokee but I only race a local 1/8 mile so traction was king for me. I’m very impressed with the power that 3.2 is loading to the ground!!! I really like the SRT dropped look to it. Tires are definitely putting it on rails for high speeds. This is my push for 140. I just really didn’t have a lot of power up there, 1st time I tried manual downshift for higher RPM and it did 127, guess it needs the torque so when I let it shift on its own this happened.

I just realized again I can’t upload video, well I hammered at 100, 100-130 was 15.4 seconds, 138/140speedo took a while at 23 seconds but it’s fun to know it can outrun unsuspecting cars on the 1 mile track at the old airport. It hung at 138/140 and I don’t think had anymore and I had to slow, Felt like I needed a parachute and the end of the run, probably time to brake upgrade now.

And without and HP tuners patch for TCU lock top speed the ECU VMAX unlock doesn’t work. So pretty much most everyone in this forum except us won’t get past 115, hell most fast Trucks & cars are locked somewhere around 99-106 or 120-130 for cars.

This is best time so far and average times, I’m just happy to be in the 5’s 0-60. Next week I’m gonna try 1 more push to get a quicker time with new set of tires and allow the recent dyno tune time to adjust a bit more. I won’t be faster than you, but I’d like to see 14.2’s and closer to 9 flat 1/8th, that’s what my 02’ Trans Am did some 20 years ago. So I’m still at about 312-316hp, AWD dyno I think is done for 252hp and it so far performs aligned with online calculations.

Yeah front wheel drive has so much of an advantage unless I'm from a dig and i just spin 1st gear "from the second YouTube link".
this first one is me racing a Ported V6 Camaro RS
I would definitely say upgrade the front rotors and pads then you'll be set.
I love all of the recording, documenting, and calculations you've done.

Damn that’s fresh, love it, yeah you get up 120 & up a lot better than me. Must be those aerodynamics, dudes face when you left him behind must have been priceless. If you had slicks on the front and dead hooked you’d be way in the 13’s, but you’d also probably break something. Still awesome video!

I just went to a 1/8th mile track last night and got a 9.03 on the slip. draggy was 9.07 and 0 to 60 in 5.66 which is the fastest its ever gone.
I honestly feel like I can get it to a 8.9xx if I can warm up the tires better.
I did a pretty good burnout on that one and it gripped up a lot better but I still spun. that was the hardest I've ever felt it pull in 1st gear.

That’s fast, my old 2002 Trans Am ran those times, 325hp/350tq, maybe a hair more lighter at that, this is impressive, no track open till February, but for us normal cats probably March for me. My goal is sub 9.3, I’ll be good at that.
