The other day I noticed an Active Drive I Limited Cherokee at one of the dealerships here, so I took the opportunity to snap a few comparison pictures with my 2012 FDII (trail rated) Compass.

Here is a shot next to a FWD Sport

Ground clearance obviously is lower on the ADI Cherokees vs my Compass, but the Cherokee looks soooo much better overall, a bit longer and sleeker imo.

When I get a chance I will get some comparison shots with my Wifes ADII Limited

Driving through the local dealers lot, I noticed the Active Drive I Cherokees sit noticeably lower than the Active Drive II Cherokees. very easy to tell the difference from any angle.

I tell people that I still like the compass' front end. Compared to the KL, i have been mistaken. The KL also wins side/rear from an aesthetics point of view IMO.

Those are not factory LED DRL's I put them in after, I think they look somewhat tasteful without being to over the top.

My friend has ordered a TH and should be here in a few weeks, there will be lots of comparison shots I guarantee that.

I agree the side shot the Compass looks kinda goofy and bulky, do prefer the looks of the KL.

I've always liked the look of the Compass, it looks like a smaller GC ...just checked out the Altitude model on-line, it looks bad ass

Great pics, thanks for posting. I too really like the front end of the Compass (probably more than the Cherokee), but I strongly prefer the overall package of the Cherokee design.
