Your TH is supposed to have tow hooks. Only some overseas THs don't have them. Maybe yours were removed in lieu of a flat tow setup ?

Mine were removed by the previous owner for a flat tow setup. I’m looking myself for the front row hooks. You can order from mopar online but with brackets and everything it’s about $600 in parts.
