Really?! Aren't they still working on the transmission issue? The Jeep Cherokee hasn't been launched at an auto show or anything. And I would be especially surprised to hear that a Cherokee arrived in Canada before the US.

Yea I doubt it as well, but the Cherokee was launched at an auto show, availability and launch are often at two different times. From what i understand availability has been pushed back a month from the cancelled media day in early August...

Unless its some sort of demo making the rounds, similar to how another member spotted a White Cherokee barreling down the freeway..

Yup, surprised car makers still charge Canadians more yet their dollar is just as more as the U.S., sometimes even higher. Sucks to be Canadian.

It's been launched, and they said that they will be in dealers around September, so it's not weird to me

there are some nice trails out in british columbia when I visited that the cherokee would do great around.

My dealer has advised first delivery expected in September, so I should be able to see one in near future. I'm getting anxious and he knows it - LOL.
