I apologize if this wasn't where to post.

Went to a dealership last night originally to look at a 75th anniversary edition but ended up getting a price on a 2016 LTD granite Cherokee. It has everything, V6, sunroof, trailer tow, luxury, technology and safetytec groups.
Msrp was 46,000 and my printout has it down to 38,200. Do you think there is anymore wiggle room?

Ditto, there is always room to negotiate, especially now that the '17's are on the lots.

I believe Jeep is still offering a Manufacturers Rebate of 20% off the sticker price for the Limited. That, alone, should put your purchase price at $36,800. With the other fees added to that (taxes, registration, etc.) $38,200 may be an Out-The-Door price. But, at that price, the dealer hasn't kicked in any of their own rebates. So, there should still be room for the dealer to offer some sort of incentive of their own, on top of that.

Welcome to the forum !

Curious about one thing. You are in Ontario and haven't mentionned the Cold Weather Group ; does the Jeep have it ? If not, are you sure you don't need it ? The group has : remote start, heated front seats + mirrors + steering wheel + windshield de-icer + engine block heater.

The jeep site has $4500 cash allowance for 2016 limited fwd or $5000 for limited 4x4
Interesting...I purchased a Limited last week, and it was part of the Manufacturers 20% Rebate. Perhaps that rebate has expired on the Limited???

Dude, the OP is in Canada, different deals and prices due to strong US Dollar and weak Canadian Loon.

I talked to a sales manager last Saturday and the 20 percent off according to him was according to the build date on some of the vehicles, so apparently not all are included. However, it appears that the TH is the one they advertise the most with the 20 percent off and that has to be a great deal if you want a TH right now. Like fdegree posted the 20 percent off would bring it to 36,800 before your taxes. Just be careful and try to have them give you an OTD price and nothing additional after that so you know what your paying. Some dealers try to get you to buy a lot of "extras" once they get you into the finance manager's office. If they are getting the 20 percent off, they can still add some more to it and still make some decent money for the dealer to keep their doors open .

The weather package looks like it comes standard on the limited as it isn't listed as optional equipment (in the book) or on the printout from the dealership.
I've just checked the Jeep.ca site and I notice there is no Cold Weather Group listed as optional for both the Limiteds and Overlands. But I don't see the heated stuff + remote start anywhere in the descriptions either, so... could be one of two things :
1) As you say, all the cold stuff goodies come standard on the Limited. But ya know what ? I highly doubt it..., or
2) They messed up on the Jeep site (Jeep.ca) and left the Cold package out on 2 models.

FYI : on the Jeep.com site, I looked quickly at the Limited and there's isn't an optional Cold Weather Group either. However, standard equipment shows remote start and heated steering wheel. That is very odd... Why have those two as standard but no heated mirrors or seats ?

Something funny going on here... and I suggest you check this closely before you buy, if the heated stuff is on your wish list.

I have the heated mirrors, elements on the windshield, etc as part of the "luxury" package for the Limited.
I didn't see it that way on Jeep.com though. No heating anything listed in the Luxury Group description for the Limited. But I did see remote start and heated steering wheel as standard equipment. I may have missed the mirrors.

It's possible they've included CWG on Limiteds and Overlands for Canada only.
