What do YOU use to clean the inside of your windshield?
I've tried rubbing alcohol and glass cleaner - both just leave this smudge.
Same for the ins. cluster plastic cover. I know those two aren't made of the same material and yet I can't find what to clean them the best with.
The plastic cover is especially a pain.

Any advice?

I use Adam's Glass Cleaner with microfiber towels. One to clean and the other to dry. Make sure you wash the inside top to bottom or left to right and the outside the opposite to know where the smudges are.

Newspaper can also be used to remove some of the film that builds up inside due to all the plastic trim.
