For those who have the interior illumination option, what actually lights up? The reason I'm asking is because I see my driver door handle illuminates but the passenger side doesn't. I'm wondering if my bulb is out or it just doesn't light up.

The ones controlled by the dial left of steering wheel? Controls a light in each door well and the LED above by the map lights iirc.

My passenger side door lights up but it isn't very bright. Have you turned it up all the way?

I have. The passenger door cargo area lights up but the door handle does not. Bulb must be out than.

How about the back. Does anything light up there?

Don't think anything lights up in the back seat area. The cup holder between the front seats light up as well as the front door areas. Not sure if there's any illumination inside the storage bin between the front seats.

Okay but does your passenger door handle illuminate?

I just checked mine for you. Both front door handle cups as well as the water bottle storage area light up. The floor area also lights up on both sides, nothing illuminates until the headlights are on.

my interior blue lighting is harley even visible even when turn all the way up

Yeah jeep did a poor job with that. Before this I had a 2011 mustang, and that interior lighting blew the jeeps away

Another awqesome small detail... lock the windows and see what happens... (hint. it turns off the lights in the buttons on the passenger doors since they're inoperable)

ITs all the small details on this thing that really amaze me.

The "ambient LED lighting" lights up the following:
- Both front door handles (interior)
- Both front door bottle holders
- Both front footwell areas
- There is also a small one in between the two front dome lights that illuminates the shifter/cupholder area ever so slightly. On a dark night, hold your hand over the shifter and you will "see the light" :)

The light they give off on full bright is what I would equate to a clear night with a full moon. Very neat option.

Hey Guys,

Didn't see the interior illumination as an option, just assumed it was on all trims. Would I have this in my Cherokee? (See below)
