My Cherokee Limited Billet Silver is in transit.

Ordered on November 21, I was originally told when I got the VON, that build was scheduled for December 20 with completion December 21. I thought maybe it would not make it to shipping before the Christmas shutdown but I talked to my dealer yesterday and he told me the car was already built and on it's way. They are expectin it to arrive on their lot the morning of Friday Dec. 20., so I should be able to pick it up Saturday.

Looks like I will have to clean out the Journey sooner than I expected !!

Great news Skypilot - I bet it helps that the "burg" is so close to Toledo - LOL. I ordered mine 11/11/13 and my dealer just advised its built and waiting for shipping. Ottawa is a lot farther away, so I'm not expecting mine until early in January.

If your Cherokee is built and in shipping, it's quite possible you'll see it between Christmas and New Years. The plant may shutdown but shipping keeps going so you may get lucky and get yours before year end.

Erie-eyes, you might be surprised, don't give up hope. I ordered mine Nov 9th and I just picked it up tonight (yay!). Just got home from driving around town going all kinds of places I didn't need to go -- it drives like a dream. Hope you get yours soon!

Did your VOTS tracking update accurately with the different stages of production? Or, did you get email updates when it went into production? I ordered my TH on November 20th and it just now shows it going into production. I know people have said the online tracking can be up to a week behind, so wondering if I might have a shot at an early Christmas present too! Guess I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow!

I can only say that it is (VOTS) more than a week behind. Mine still says it has been released but not yet shipped. Hmm it was delivered to my dealer 8 days ago and we picked it up on 12/16.

Ordered 11/2 delivered to dealer 12/12.

Can't Trust Estimated Dates

Cherokee didn't show up yesterday!

Guess it's just a waiting game now. Dealer say's he has now way to track down where it is now. Probably sitting in a yard somewhere in Windsor waiting for a truck to transfer it to the dealer. Could take a day, could take a week. It's up to the transport company now.

Will post when it arrives. Hope it's before Christmas !!

Just got the call from the dealer. Cherokee just arrived and will be ready for noon tomorrow. Have to go clean out the Journey.

I wonder if I can fit it through the patio doors and put it under the tree ??

Cherokee Home

Picked up my Cherokee today around 12:30 and so far I love it.

Spent about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes setting up all the options on the EVIC and the 8.4 Nav/Radio.

One thing I did discover is that if you order the vented front seats, you will not get the under seat storage on the front passenger seat. Makes sense I guess.

I've been trying to upload a picture, but whenever I go into manage attachments to upload the picture, then close the window, my computer locks up and I have to give it the old CTRL, ALT, Delete treatment. Maybe someone could help me with this ??
