Found this on the floor of my 2015 TH behind the driver's seat a while ago. Clearly covers a bolt head or something, but for the life of me, I can't find where it popped off.

I’m the OP here. D_Blizzie is the OG OP in the zombie thread Mark found to answer my question.

ETA: That was it. Driver’s side. No wonder I didn’t see it - had to move the seat all the way forward to get to it. And I guess I’m glad I did, because that’s how I found the bolt that goes under that cover - laying next to the track of the seat. All is out back in place now and I hope the idiot that last took my center console out isn’t allowed to work on any mechanical systems.

I've found that I have to use some locktite blue on those bolts, as the center console always seems to loosen over a few months.
