I need a brand new, complete Engine from anywhere in the UK, any clues ?

Checked Mopar Online Parts and the engine is no longer available.
The price in the USA IF it was available is $4,265.75.
It is the V6 engine.
Probably your best bet is to find a salvage yard in Africa that has a totaled Jeep that has a good engine.
Usually salvage yards have a "Network" so they find a part from any other salvage yard in your country.
Getting one from approximately the same year would be desirable.
Maybe you can buy a "parts car" from somebody and use the engine. Then you may have some other parts you can use later.
Check with some body shops, maybe they have a totaled Jeep.
Check with your Jeep Parts Department, maybe a dealer has an engine stored away someplace.
Maybe you will get lucky.
Hopefully you can use the computers from your engine to simplify the installation.
We probably have a few Afrika members on this Forum that have an idea.

After reading your other Posts I doubt there is anything wrong with the engine.
I am going to guess the Evap system.
Apparently installing the new battery didn't help?
If the Jeep dealer can't diagnose what is wrong with your Jeep they certainly won't be able to remove the old engine and put in any kind of a engine with any expectation that it will work.

Jeep isn't on there anywhere. I vote for the Toyota with the Hella driving lights.
The advantage to owning a Toyota is there are lots of them and there are plenty of repair shops that know how to fix them.

New battery installation, new plugs change, fuel line flush and clean, change of fuel rail, fuel pump all hasnt worked. Technicians here are suggesting timing chain change, and camshaft change, and that’s what I’m against, I’d rather have a new less problematic engine installed than having open this current one to fix a few issues which none of us is sure will work.

None of those things should fail unless you drove without any oil, or coolant leaked into the engine oil, or engine oil leaked into the coolant.
I have never heard of a faulty timing chain or camshaft. The Jeep uses VVT which needs to work correctly.
Why doesn't the fuel pump work?
I don't know how to flush the fuel lines, but there is no fuel filter in the Jeep so maybe they clogged the fuel injectors?

I would find a Jeep dealer, or at least a shop with a WiTech machine, which is the only accurate diagnostic tool for our KL's...😎

Well, I guess you need to find someone who knows what all of this means. As mentioned before, these engines are highly dependent on the electronics all communicating properly, and the failure of just one of the many systems can cause very difficult problems to diagnose for someone without the proper training and knowledge. I wish you luck, and hopefully it's something very simple and much easier repair than replacing the complete engine...😎
