I cannot get the new HID bulb or the burned out bulb to seat and lock in. I do have the tabs lined up. I thank you for any suggestions?

Bulbs fit very snug in these projectors because of the o'rings on them, halogens or xenons. The only tip I can give you : once the tabs are correctly aligned, pushed the bulb 'in' by gently pushing and wiggling/working it at the same time. You should then feel it is all the way in, then you rotate clockwise 1/4 turn to lock in.
