I cannot get the new HID bulb or the burned out bulb to seat and lock in. I do have the tabs lined up. I thank you for any suggestions?

The 'trick' is all 10 digits. Seriously I don't have a clue.
That is why I don't work on my Cherokee, just pay my Jeep dealer the big bucks.
