Welcome to the 'baby' Cherokee Club.
Since you are probably talking about the UConnect GPS system you may find some help here.
Try using the "Search Community" above.
There are various levels of resetting UConnect which may help.
Go to the UConnect web site and make sure you have the latest update.
Hopefully you can find out what version of UConnect you are running in Settings.
Assuming the screen (hardware) actually works then you can't really mess anything up.
I know there was a really important update to fix navigation issues.
Who has been doing the software updates?
If nobody has done any updates then you definitely need to start from the beginning version.
Doing the updates is painful, I know, I have done them all on my 2014 Cherokee TH.
You can download the updates from the UConnect web site and they have instructions for doing the updates.
If all else fails spend the big bucks at your Jeep dealer.
Based on the flag in your picture I don't have any idea where you are from so things may be different where you live than here in the USA.
