This just happened to me on July 6th! We can't get any responses directly from Chrysler and we are devastated. We have only been contacted by an independent investigator and are unclear on next steps or what to expect. We have reached out to customer support numerous times and they can't even commit to a rental reimbursement while the investigation goes on. Thankfully my husband had the thought to go get something out of his truck late at night and caught the smoke and we were able to contact emergency services to put the fire out before the house caught on fire! What was your experience with getting this sorted out? Did you need to contact a lawyer?
