mine have been setting in the garage .. they didn't fit .. and when i called to explain that everything was my fault and they didn't listen ... all i heard was them constantly saying we installed them before on a TH... they wouldn't refund the money spent on them .. so im at the point of customizing them to make them fit ... on the ones i have the end of the tubes hit the plastic rockers and need to be dropped down .. but who wants to drop them 1 1//2" and lose any more ground clearance.. good luck ..

Hmm, they told me if you buy the ones like you are showing, you have to buy the extenders too for it to fit but for the ones I want, they do fit. However, I do not like that they would not take a return from you and accused you of being wrong.....

Did you see what those weigh? if you really don't need them I'd pass on adding 100lbs to the vehicle but that's me.

 

Yeah, weight is not a factor for me at least not at 100lbs that is spread on each side evenly...

 

Yea, I was wondering the functionality of them. They don't appear to be needed to step into due to lack of raised suspensions available. Maybe to stand on to get to stuff on the roof rack? Other than that they just look cosmetic to me. JMHO.

 

Yes, I should clarify that I want them for looks and to occasionally get things in and out of the cargo basket. I am 6'2" so I can reach most things fine without but it will be nice to have that extra step when loading etc...

 

Maybe they would help out when washing the roof??

 

For that price why not get the Rocky Road Step Rails / Rock Sliders. They are great and are the ones most people on this forum seem to order.
